My story (from a 12-year-old)
I'm Brandon — I'm 12, I'm from Vancouver, and I got fed up. Every "book discovery" site I tried was built by adults, for adults: ads everywhere, AI that invented book titles that don't exist, and no real way to filter for what a kid my age would actually want to read. So I started building the one I wished existed.
What surprised me was who showed up: parents. You ask the questions that matter — how the catalogue's curated, what about COPPA, what's the catch — and you ask them for the right reasons. So I built this whole parent side for you. I'm still in school, still building. This is the start, not the finish.
Who's behind it
Just me — every page on this subdomain, every feature on the main site, every line of code, with a lot of late nights and patient parents. Got a question, an idea, or a feature your family would actually use? I read every email and usually reply within a day: [email protected].
